张玉，中共党员，工学博士。2018年毕业于兰州理工大学，获得材料加工工程专业工学博士学位，现为河西学院物理与机电工程学院副教授，硕士生导师，现从事本科生的教学和新型镁铝合金开发及其强化机制研究工作。主持河西学院科研创新与应用校长基金项目1项、河西学院教学改革项目1项、河西学院博士科研启动金项目1项、甘肃省高校教师创新基金项目1项。
